How to request deletion

Email privacy@gospodapp.com from the account address if possible. Include the store you used, your account email, and what you want deleted.

What is deleted

When the request is completed, account content is deleted, including account-linked plant photos, messages, diagnoses, Plant Plans, notes, reminders, and support data, except where a specific record must be kept by law.

Short anti-abuse period

A pseudonymous anti-abuse record may remain until 31 days after the related successful text or image request. It contains keyed pseudonyms derived from the installation identifier and network address, the request type, and the event time. It does not contain your account ID, raw identifiers, plant photo, message, prompt, diagnosis, or Plant Plan.

This record prevents deletion and account recreation from immediately resetting free allowances. It expires automatically and cannot restore your deleted account content.

Operational logs

New API access and error logs may contain a raw IP address and technical request details for approximately seven days. Older shared server logs created before August 24, 2026, may take up to 14 days to expire during this transition. These logs are used for security and reliability, then rotate out.

Records required by law

App Store, Google Play, tax, billing, dispute, or accounting records may be kept for the period required by applicable law. We keep only the record needed for that purpose.

What deletion does not do

Deletion does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it through your store account if you no longer want it to renew.
